See below steps on how to hard reset your Samsung Galaxy A34
- Turn off the phone, then press and hold Volume Up + Power simultaneously until the recovery menu appears.
- Navigate using volume buttons to "Wipe data/factory reset"
- Select it with the Power button, and confirm to erase all data
