@o5efdhzk9doksp that is one of the most common errors with any digital camera. Take a look on here for some ideas on how to possibly fix it. Most of the time the only thing to do is to replace the lens. For that use this guide Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS25 Lens Replacement You may need to check eBay or AliExpress etc for a replacement.
