Xbox one s display problem

Hi guys my Xbox one s is not displaying its image properly it started last week I tried everything from rebooting the system to low resolution mode on low resolution mode it works perfectly but on higher resolutions such as 1140p,1080p and 720p it does this I also tried using different tvs and monitors nothing works it works perfectly on low resolution mode but when I change it to a higher resolution the screen just goes to no signal or it works but there's visual glitches all over the screen where it keeps on refreshing the image I looked behind the console but the hdmi port is perfectly functional I tried different hdmi cables wich also resulted into the same results Im curious what could be the issue before I take it to a repair store
