Why screen replacement is difference with another video?
why some repair video showed only front glass need replace and this one is like changing entire phone module?

@amin15183 this is most likely because some people do a glass only repair. It is very cumbersome and does require some good tools and lots of practice. If you have never done a glass only repair, now is not the time to start practising on your phone. Go ahead and replace the complete display assembly. At least that way you know you have a far great success rate then a Glass only repair.
you can use the iFixit guide Sostituzione Schermo OnePlus 7 Pro or the one from here It was written in Spanish so use a browser that does the translating for you.
