After formatting my device, I had a prompt that informed me that by formatting my device I will loose all data on my TPH, the options were yes or no. The haven’t been any response on my screen irrespective of what I select, moreover I am unable to switch my device off. What should I do

Remove the power or let the battery run down til it turns off. Then recharge and turn on.
I had a phone that would not turn off. After the battery turned it off it worked fine.
