@pit84795 Your battery will have an internal control board. There are most commonly fuses on it. You will have to disassemble your battery and check that battery control board. Also, if your battery has been discharged below a certain threshold, it will no longer accept a charge. It will be locked down. For now, see if you can disassemble the battery and post some pictures of the internal parts. Once we see what board you have etc. we can most likely help you further.

@pit84795 yes, that is the fuse. You can check it like my colleague suggested or you could simply check the continuity. Not sure if you have a multimeter and what kind you have. Some have a continuity feature. If yours does not, set the meter to Ohms and connect int test probe from your meter to either side of the fuse. If you use an analog meter (one with the needle) and the needle moves you have continuity. If it does not your fuse has popped and needs replacement. It might help if you post another picture but this time zoom out so we can see all of teh circuit board. Take a picture of both sides and post with our Question.
