Sound and tight during door open

What is the sound like? Also which door, freezer door or refrigerator door, you didn't specify?

Post a video where the noise can be heard as the door is seen being opened and closed, in your question. Here's how to do this in ifixit Aggiungere immagini ad una domanda Note: posting a video is the same procedure as posting an image.

In the meantime, if your model is an RM-3862, check if the door gasket is OK i.e. not broken, loose, warped etc or perhaps the door hinge (top or bottom hinge) is causing the noise and the door to not function correctly.

With the door gasket, check all around the problem door, especially on the underside where the gasket is less noticeable.

If it is the door gasket, search online for 3108704.382 to find suppliers that suit you best.

If it is a hinge, search online for 3850386016 to find suppliers that suit you best.
