General menu on bikes display issue

Hello. I bought a used qi cycling, i downloaded the app on my phone, but i can’t reach the general menu on bikes display (in order to scan the QR code). When i turn on the display starts with the details when i am on the move (kilometers, power, etc). Can you please help?
