Screen flickering while rotating the screen
My laptop screen use to fliker when their is slight movement in the laptop while closing and opening the screen it starts flikers and get stuck.

You could disassemble the laptop and check if the LCD cable is being pressed down by the bezel or something else, according to your description, If the screen gets stuck, you may need to replace the LCD.
