Hi, I have a battery in my Samsung S9 Plus phone that is eb-bg965aba. The version on the ifixit store is eb-bg965abe. Will the ifixit version fit my phone? I have had samsung send round a repair guy previously who wouldn't fit the battery because it was a different version.
If it doesn't fit, does ifixit sell the one I need?

Both batteries are compatible with the model.
I'm not 100% sure but I think that the -ABA version is OEM and the -ABE version is a compatible replacement.
ifixit does give a 12 month guarantee on the battery they supply, which is probably as best that you'll get anywhere else.

@bsmith77952 both batteries are compatible with your S9+. It appears that the suffix is for different variants and different markets but it does not impact your phones performance etc.
