How do I find someone to replace a charging port on an iPad 9th generation?
It was working when it fell off the bed.

First of all, if you're looking for suggestions you'll need to tell us where you're located, as this is a worldwide site and the answer will be very different depending where you are.
Until then, all I can say is you're not in a good position here. Apple did you dirty on the charging port of your iPad; not only is it attached directly to the motherboard so you can't just replace a part, but they also put it on a flex cable, making it even harder to replace. So it's going to take a fairly skilled technician to be able to do the specialized soldering required to fix your port.
You can always do a search for local repair facilities and contact them. Ask whether they have the expertise to repair your port, and what the cost is.
