Apple has been getting more aggressive with their parts pairing strategy despite the growing right to repair movement, but so far I haven't heard any reports of bogus "genuine parts" warnings or loss of functionality for rear camera replacement on any models.

So far, that is; you never know when Apple will come up with a new restriction on the ability to repair your phone.
