Light level problem, rises and decreases automatically. Be in automatic setting be in manual setting.

The issue likely isn't in settings. This is probably a backlight problem. After a quick sweep of the settings, I'd suggest making sure all ribbon cables are properly in place. If there's no noticeable issues with that, I'd suggest replacing the screen.
