Try the following methods to restore power to the Brother machine:
3.1 Method 1
- Remove the power cord for at least 30 seconds.
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button down, and then insert the power cord back into the machine.
- Do not release the ON/OFF button until the machine has been powered on completely or after 15 seconds.
- Repeat this procedure up to three times if necessary.
3.2 method 2
- Remove the power cord for at least 30 seconds.
- Remove the paper tray from the machine.
- Reconnect the power cord, and then power the machine on.
- When the machine has been powered on completely, insert the paper tray back into the machine.
If you still cannot power the machine on, then you likely have a bad power supply which can be purchased here...

No, it did not help, (BTW, how can the paper tray position affect the power?) The problem may be in the power supply. Is there a procedure description how to replace it?
There are numerous fuses. Can you describe the symptoms?
