Fitbit charge 5 screen blank

There is no display on my charge 5... the screen is blank but I know it's working through phone apps

do you mean the screen turns on but it s blank or did you mean the screen dosen't turn on whatsoever?

Yes. From the phone app, I can see it works.. just the screen remains blank
