I have a game and watch, Donkey Kong 2, from the 80’s. It is in good fysical condition. When starting the game i hear the normal blipping sounds and all the static environment on the screen are crystal clear. But the caracter and other moving ithems don’t show up at all, not even faded. Tried with polarizing film but nothing shows up. What could be defect?

It is probably the motherboard that is acting up. Since it is old, the circuit may be deteriorating. I once saw a repair where they soldered on thin wires to reconnect the circuit on the youtube channel the retro future. Maybe that will help??? If i find the video, i will post it here.
