Hi I pressed f2 and my laptop came on is there anything I should do next as some times it works but the same thing happens?

@milliefirth1 Could you possibly send a picture of that screen that it brings you to, also try F10, F12, F4

It lets me just go on my laptop like normal however I had this issue before and it fixed itself but it just ends up randomly turning of and then repeating the process
