Maybe consider trying to find a replacement screen or taking it to a expert to determine if the screen has become damaged somehow.

hi, I'm a technician specializing in Vn220 repair, if you find your screen blank the most common cause is the yellow belt or wire who sends info & electricity to the screen has cut off, so the first step is to replace that wire, secondary, make sure the battery is not the problem by inserting another working battery and see if it turns on,

is there any way to obtain pictures from this phone without repairing the screen? We have taken it to a phone repair shop and they cannot find this part anywhere. (According to them)

@escajeda32 If you enabled USB Debugging, that would work to connect your device to your computer or use scrpy. Though the best bet would be to find another phone and swap bottom boards to see the screen to take off whatever you like.

If you're experiencing a black screen, the issue could be due to one of the following:
1. Flex cable
2. PCB (printed circuit board)
3. LCD
4. Connector on the motherboard
