Damaged SMD Chip capacitor

Hi I am from Australia a friend sent me he’s N64 to c if I can repair it because it does not turn on I have checked the power supply it works the motherbord is getting power the only component that is not getting power is the two SMD Chip Capacitor in front of the power plug on the motherboard do u know what kind of SMD Chip Capacitor I need
