How can I change my broken display?

Vectors Display is broken how can i fix it? There is a fat black bar above the display.

I’m linking a trouble shooting wiki so that you can try some non-physical fixes first. If these don’t work, this is a repair guide so you know how to replace the screen on your Vector.
