Hi,
Here’s the service manual for the laptop taken from this webpage.
Go to p.26 to view the steps to replace the ram. Go to p.36 to view the steps to replace the ssd.
Here’s a link to a supplier of ram and ssd for the laptop. It is only shown to give an idea of what is compatible with the laptop. There are other suppliers that may suit you better.
Here are the specifications for the laptop (see p.15-18) which will also help you to get the correct ram and ssd types etc.
