How to reset to factory
Bought it used and it’s an old school laptop. How should I go about resetting it because it is managed?

Just download Windows 10 Media Creation Tool:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software...
and make a bootable USB flash drive installer.
Follow directions and carefully avoid as much MS trash as you can.
To set up local loggin make sure not connected to Internet in finally stages of the install.
