Why is my Skyworth UB5550 not turning on, but standby light is on?
My TV was with us for a quite a long time now, about a year, but suddenly it abruptly stopped turning on, but its standby light is still on. Please help

Does the TV standby light blink when you press the remote control's Power On button?
If not have you checked or replaced the batteries in the remote control?
Have you tried turning on the TV using the TV's power on button, you didn't say?
