It indicates a bad print head. You can try the following:
Update drivers (corrupt driver may be the cause).
Remove print head and clean it and its connection thoroghly.
Replace ink cartridges.
Unplug and leave without power for 2 hours.
If it turns out that you need a new print head, you might as well get a new printer, the difference in money is only slight.
