One of (3) missing
One of the (3) posts that drive the head and blades is missing. Where would I get a replacement part and what is it called?

Sounds like one of the posts one the locking mechanism broke off. Look at step #4 of this guide to confirm:

Mayer I looked at step 4 and this isn’t the problem the problem is in the housing of motor etc it’s about 3/4” long and drives the heads this is what I’m lacking one of

If a person would look at the step 8 and the bigger housing it’s the little black things sticking up that has 3 little ears That drive the blades
