Wont charge or boot
Wont charge it seems to be stuck ina loop between powering up then shuts down continuously.

@maestro3671 the no charging and bootlooping could be a bad battery. I suggest you start with that. If nothing else it will give you a known-good starting point should further troubleshooting become necessary.
