Touch screen stopped working

Brought one off Ebay working great for 2 hour put it on charge then unplugged it and the touch screen is not working at all .any help please

Hi ,, I bought a GPD for my son on Amazon .It worked well for a while but now the touchscreen isn’t responding . Can you help me please.
