Is there any way to fix my son's watch?? My daughter threw it and the screen has went all fuzzy.

@kaleighsmillie going by your description it sounds like a broken display. This guide Sostituzione del circuito stampato del Vtech Kidizoom Smart Watch DX is at least going to get you to the LCD. The most difficult part will be to obtain a replacement. I would stat by contacting Vtech on here
