What does the code 0x61011beb mean?

If all that software stuff doesn’t change your problem, there is a small plastic gear that likes to break in an armature inside the right side of the printer at the end of the silver rod that runs side to side through the whole printer. Once this happens, the print head can’t be properly positioned so you get the general error you posted. You can pop off the right side panel on the printer and the armature slides right off so you can access the gear. If it’s just cracked, you may be able to super glue it together and then reinstall everything and be good to go. If it’s destroyed, you’ll have to get a new gear somewhere. You might also try taking the pressing the broken pieces together into some clay or wax to make a mold which you can fill with super glue to make a new unbroken gear.
