1 Sounds are not working
My moto g3 's sound isn't working either it's alarm, ringtone, music, and videos it's happening from a couple of days

You have to grip both ends of the phone, where the grills are, and kind of twist it around a bit. This will fix this issue… for a while at least.

Twisting the phone sorted the problem
Hi,
first i suggest you to clear the cache partition of Android. You can easilly find how to.
And if it doesn't work, try with removing all the audio/video apps you got from the playstore and restart the phone.

This could be a hardware issue, the method in with the ringer is connected to the motherboard is a bad design and sometimes causes issues with the sound.
