unless you mean removing the touch layer of the screen ifixit already has one for your laptop Acer One 10 S1002 145-A Screen Replacement

yes i need to replace the digitizer and not the screen . i was thinking if there is any way we could replace it without completely dismantling it

you can try prying it off but be careful. some of the steps are in this video
