Phone automatically turning off
Whenever I call/receive a call when the battery is at 30%the phone automatically shuts down and boots into safe mode and recent call history is deleted

Well, if the Phone is new than send it back and you'll get fixed one
If the Phone isn't new you can try to factory reset your phone, however something like this tells me that the battery may be faulty...

First I had sent it to service center but just they kept it for 5 days and gave me a formated phone
Well send it back and tell them directly that format doesn't help...

pLEASE SOME 1 A REAL ANSWER WITH KNOWLEDGE :??? I BOUGHT THIS PHONE I CAN USE IT ON GAMES OR YOUTUBE FOR EVEN 12 HOURS AND IF I HAVE EVEN 100 PERCENT BATTER AND RECEIVE A CALL OR CALL SOME 1 IT DIES AND RESTARTS IMMIDIATLLY I HAVE LIKE HALF PERCENTAGE OFF AND IT JUIST DOESNT MAKE SENSE TO LOSE 50 PERCENT OR MORE BATTERY DURING 1 SECOND OF CALL BUT BEING ABLE TO WATCH AND PLAY GAMES FOR 5 DAYS WITHOUT CHARNIG :…. ALSO I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE MICROPHONE … WHEN I AM IN THE CALL WHILE CHARGED AND I SPEAK WITHOUT BEING ON SPEAKER THE OTHER SIDE CANNOT HEAR ME, BUT WHEN I AM ON SPEAKER THEY CAN HEAR ME NOT VERY LOUDLY BUT THEY CAN. ANYWAYS THE FUNNY THING IS THAT IN ANY OTHHERE APPS THE MIC WORKS PERFECTLY LIKE WHEN I RECORD VIDEO IT HEARS EVERY DETAIL VOICE. please HELP i have the same fault on three phones… i am affraid i will buy parts but that wont help me or whatever because it seems like my phones is hacked or whatever it is just weired. This phone is a very new model, perhaps you it's still under warranty and can be returned or repaired free of charge?
