cannot read sd card

Service centre said your ic ( sdcard reader inside body) hve broken.. And they said your will never get this problem if u didnt change the motherboard.. But i dont change it

Btw.. I hve try using bootloader and fastboot solution but no luck bcoz bootloader get locked.. To get the unlock code .. Need to contact huawei but still no luck
