cannot pair with iPhone 4S

Hi, new speaker cannot pair with my phone.

Did a factory reset ( LOW VOLUME button + off button together) then turning off/on: this has been done three times, but no solution.

Did it without any other bluetooth devices around.

My phone got no other connections on,just to inform...
