Sounds like the pinch rollers in the paper feed need a bit of cleaning. Overtime the paper dust clogs the pores of the rubber making them slick so they loose tractor. Some 80% isopropyl alcohol with a cotton swab (Q-Tip) should allow you to clean off the buildup off the roller wheels. You'll likely need to run the feed a few times to gain access to the full roller.
