How can I fix my screen
I got the screen and now there are colored stripes all on the left side of the screen

@joseelias could be a broken LCD or a bad T-con board or others. Post some images of your screen with your question. That will allow us to see what you see. Use this guide for that.
If it is the LCD, there is really no good way of replacing it. A new LCD, if even available will cost you more than a new TV. You can always try to find a TV like yours with issues other than the screen and harvest the screen from that one. So hopefully it's a board that has failed.
