wireless controllers wont link up with console
my wireless controller will not link up with the console, however a plugin controller works just fine

Silly point, but make sure that you are pressing the sync buttons on the console and the controller.

-On the console, press the connect button.
-On the controller, press the connect button.
-The green lights that surround the center button on the controller and the power button on the console spin and flash when the controller is being connected to the console. After the controller is connected, a single green light illuminates on the controller and on the console.
