remove battery then the remove bottom face plate, this will expose the shutter gearing. use a toothpick to turn the gearing and inspect for any residue or blockage. Use a tiny amount of grease to lubricate the gears, just enough, not too much. move the gears round with the too fully spread out the grease round the gearing system.
put camera back together..
