Repair information for the Fitbit Charge HR. Released in January of 2015. Model numbers: FB405BKS (small) and FB405BKL (large).

My Fitbit HR has stopped working completely. It was working fine and now does not work at all. Is there some place I can send it for repair?

Have you had it less than a year? If so, it's under warranty. Call the customer service line and they'll walk you through a replacement.
