How do I replace the keyboard?

I had just pulled my old ThinkPad from storage and prior to this (3 months ago) it was working fine but now it says Stuck Key 02 on startup.

Now, I'm trying to replace the back cover to get to the keyboard but the back cover just will not budge (Even though I've removed all screws).

Does anyone have any idea of how to replace those pesky keyboards?
