You would have to replace the display assembly. You can see this guide on how to dissasemble for replacement: Smontaggio del Nokia Lumia 920
I replaced the display as well as digitizer, but the digitizer is still not working, and I suspect that the ribbon cable from the main board flex cable is broken. This is quite cumbersome to replace, but can be done with a spare part like this:
