LCD screen unresponsive when on flat surface. Works fine when in hand

I have a very strange issue. The LCD screen was changed on an iPhone 5C. The screen touch works fine when it is held in your hand and is fully responsive. As soon as you put it down on a flat surface the screen touch doesn't work any more. As soon as you pick it up again it works again. I have uploaded a video so you can see what is going on. It has been tested in another 5C and it has the same issue. Also have a 5S with the same issue.

Might be a problem with your Digitizer/LCD. You have the option to replace the digittizer itself and try or you can also replace both the LCD and the digitzer and see if that helps your phone.
