I have two separate Chromebook's from Samsung that both have the exact same 'Chrome OS is missing or damaged' I have tried to take care of it myself like other reviews have stated but it isn't working. I want to take it in for a repair.

You simply need to restore the device's OS back to factory settings. You'll have to erase everything but it will work again.
