will not charge. How to fix it?

I've connected the battery charger to the tablet and nothing happens, white light that indicates chaging does not come on the tablet. When I connect the charging cable to the travel keyboard connector the light comes on indicating that it is charging. How can I get the tablet to charge?

Check to see if the light on the power supply goes out when you plug it into the tablet. If so the problem may be the USB charging port board may need replacing. If you open the tablet it is a good idea to replace the real time clock battery if this has not been done.
