Software broken and doesnt turn on
the phone is pretty new with only 2 weeks but the phone turned off by itself and doesnt turn on again and all the commands i use he just doesnt respond

Have you tried booting into Recovery Mode too?

Is the phone charged and have you tried a factory reset . If its only 2 weeks old maybe its a good idea to take it back and have it repaired as it should still be under warranty.
