Cant get phone to charge

I have a iPhone 5c and I just had the charging port and battery in it change and also had everything check on the inside. Okay after i bring my phone home it won't charge I bought a new charger and I leave it plug in for a few mins and then in about 1 hour as will show the little battery sign like it's charging then later will come on but if I unplug it from my phone it won't charge any more. Now whenever I plug it in it won't come on at all I've tried all day. I also have another charger whenever I plug it in it shows that it's charging but the battery goes down instead of up. I've tried cleaning the charger port. But I just had it change. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
