The touch screen is unresponsive
I keep pushing on the touch screen but nothing moves? What should I do?

The most likely problem is a loose connection on the inside.
Check the connections of the ribbons on the inside of the device. Follow the motherboard removal guide to get to the ribbons.
If this doesn't work, the digitizer may need to be replaced. However, a guide is currently not available for that. To replace the digitizer, one would follow steps similar to the screen replacement guide, but put the components in a new digitizer.

my tablet is in a sleep mode and will not wake no matter what I do.
Tried on and off, reset button and power and up volume button at the same time and nothing changes
Mine is the same as Amos. Sleep mode . Wont wake up.
