Troubleshooting
Find problems with your Tungsten E using the Tungsten E troubleshooting guide.
Background
The Tungsten has 32 megabytes of memory and a 126MHz processor. The Tungsten E was released in October of 2003, and was very successful due to being one of the cheapest in the series. Unfortunately, it contains a design flaw where the alarm sounds do not play from the very beginning; this design flaw was never addressed by the technical support.
It was one of Palm's strongest sellers until it was surpassed by the next model, the Tungsten E2.
Identification
The screen is a 2 1/8 x 2 1/8 trans reflective screen. It's dimensions are 4.5 x 3.1 x 0.5 inches, and weighs 4.6 ounces. It runs Palm OS 5.2.1, and it comes with a stylus for touch screen operations. The normal color for the device is silver.
