Background
Released in 2014, the Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma are headphones designed with gamers in mind. The headphones are compatible with PS4, Windows, and Mac. This particular model provides a 7.1 surround sound experience for its consumers; some features include: adjustable headband with green Razer logo, personalized audio calibration, true-to-life positional audio, over-the-ear cushions, Chroma LED lighting on each speaker, adjustable microphone with built-in mute button, foldable ear cups, and USB port compatibility.
Kraken 7.1 Chroma specifically boasts a 20-20,000 Hz frequency response, 40 mm drivers with Neodymium magnets, and 2 m cable length. Microphone boom records a 100-12,000Hz frequency response. The approximate weight is 340 g.
Identification
The headphones weigh approximately 340 grams and feature foldable, over-ear cups and an adjustable headband with the green Razer logo. The Razer triple-headed snake symbol is printed on the outside of each ear cup. To identify your device, look for the model number RZ04-01250100-R3U1 and serial number printed on a label beneath one of the removable ear pads.
