Lenovo IdeaPad 330S-15ARR Repair

The Lenovo IdeaPad 330S-15ARR is a low price addition to the IdeaPad 330S laptop series. Unlike its predecessors, the 15ARR has an AMD APU instead of an Intel chip. This device is available in North America and Europe. The device debuted at $500 new, but has since fallen to around $250 used. Buying used is now about the only way to get the device, as it was discontinued around 2021-2022. While it hasn't received any widespread attention, the device serves its purpose very well to the everyday people that utilize its capabilities to complete everyday tasks like conducting searches, storing important information, and sending emails.

While the device is listed in various places as a gaming device, its performance in games is subpar (as are most devices with integrated graphics) and as such, it is not recommended to try and play games on this device. There are no known recalls as of the time of writing and likely will not be in the future. The battery life is a common issue most people have had with the product, with most stating it is way too short. A lot of customers have also noted the poor quality of the built-in camera. While there is not a lot of information about the 81jq and the 81fb models, the most notable differences are that the 81jq uses the 2200U APU whereas the 81fb model uses the 2500U APU.

Product software has reached the end of support and will no longer receive software updates. This does not mean you cannot replace parts, but they might be harder to get as the physical product itself has also been discontinued.
